ISSUE 7: Failures to achieve the Conservation imit in recent years. Also the uncertainty of some of the factors utilised in the egg deposition estimates, such as the ‘out of season’ run and interspecific competition with sea trout.

 

 

Improve monitoring of adult salmon and sea trout runs through the installation of an acoustic counter on the Tywi (completed) and the use of the counter on the Teifi. Use data to make predictions for the Ogmore.
