Many anglers have had good reason to complain in the past regarding the main storm water out fall, off the new Broadlands housing estate, situated below the A48 road bridgend on the Ogmore River. For many years this 5 foot pipe has been discharging dirty silted water into the river. Well good news folk's, it's finally been cleaned out. Works commenced on Monday 12th July 2004, by Mr R Hunt of Redwood enviroment services and are now complete, with little or no distrubance to the river bank and or our fishing.
