This fly
was inspired by an article I read on fluorescent
materials being used on flies. Real easy fly to
tie full black hackle over, a white, tie
at the head, no body material used as a silver
hook is being used. Top picture shows a loser
tying where as the picture below show the hackles
tied down, both flies look great in the water
and both versions have taken fish. The yellow
dot is to your know taste - however I believe
it gives the fish a target. !!
